EXERCISES
1) Sandbag Clean & Press
2) Around the World
3) Alternating Lunge
4) Bent Over Row
5) Elevated Feet Chest Press

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds. Rest 20 seconds between
each exercise. Upon completion of round rest 1 minute then repeat.
Try to complete 3 rounds in total.
