EXERCISE BREAKDOWN
1) Alt. Reverse Lunge w/ Rotation
2) Around the World + Squat
3) Single Arm Shouldering (left)
4) Single Arm Shouldering (right)
5) Swing w/ High Pull Thrust
6) Sandbag Deadbug
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds. Rest 20 seconds between each exercise.
Rest 60 seconds then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
