An underrated and rarely used piece of equipment in the gym is the humble sandbag!

Using a sandbag in your workouts is not only super versatile, but they can also challenge your core and help to build your strength and stability.

Try 3 - 4 sets of each exercise below with 30 - 45 seconds rest between sets.

1️⃣ Sandbag lunges - 8 reps (per side)
2️⃣ Sandbag front squats - 12 reps
3️⃣ Sandbag RDLs - 12 reps
4️⃣ Sandbag deadlift - 12 reps
5️⃣ Sandbag row - 10 reps
6️⃣ Sandbag thrusters - 12 reps
