The SANDBAG is a fantastic, tool for increasing the challenge on any movement. Because its center of gravity changes with movement, you have to engage your core muscles more. I, (this account holder's wife) have done this work out literally almost 100 times (every week day since March 1, 2023) and it is still very challenging! So many women workout videos I've seen are not challenging enough to make progress but this has definitely been so! Thank you!

(This paired with a ketovore diet has helped me lose 20 pounds since March 1!!!🎉)

I recently purchased a 60lb sandbag and I am currently working on the basics to "get a feel" for the movement. This workout looks like something I will pursue in the very near future.

Super tough & challenging despite however strong or fit you are. Keep at it and keep improving. Expect to be shit the first time you do something and improve each time as your movement, core strength and balance increases. Thank you @shortcircuits_fitness
