Thanks for this. Always looking for new HIIT workouts that involve a bag. This one kicked my ass (used a 50 lb pound sangbag.)

Just did my first sandbag carry today. 70lbs for a mile with a 20 lb vest. I died. Felt amazing but it kicked the sh** outta me! Can't wait to try again and implement it into these kinds of workouts
