▬ *Exercise Description* ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

*Starting position* - Stand in a comfortable shoulder-width stance. Exhale and lower your body slightly downward and gently stretch your neck downward and slightly forward. The shoulders are stretched in the opposite direction so that the cervical vertebrae slightly open, relax, and the neck is slightly elongated.

*Step 1.* - Breathe in and slightly turn your head to the left and then, further inhaling, turn your head to the right. As you finish inhaling return your head to the starting position.

*Step 2.* - Start breathing out, slightly straighten your body, tuck your neck in, and gently lift up your shoulders as if you want to touch your ears with them. As you exhale, make a long “Ahhh” sound that activates, cleanses, and regulates the organs and functions of the body, especially the lungs and the heart.

*Number of repetitions: 6 to 12*

Feel the ground under your feet and stay grounded. Feel the connection of the moving body part with the rest of your body. Breathe deeply and comfortably throughout the exercise.
