1/4 teaspoon yeast
300ml (1 1/2 cups) luke water
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
extra flour for shaping

600g flour make 2 loafs. the 1st fermatation took at least 8 hours after shaping take another hour rising then baking time, add up about 12 hours. if in colder weather, just put in the micro wave or oven with a bowl of hot water will help to speed up. Pls post when done.

now that again looks nice especially at the end when you put butter? on it. and when you ate it the nice crunch. i could just taste that too. nothing like fresh hot bread out of the oven.

I will have to give it a go some time, is that why the bread is so nice because of the long rise time 8-12 hrs?. i normally use 600 gm of flour and 2 teaspoon of yeast and it takes a few hrs to rise here in winter.
