dairy free & gluten free mushroom stroganoff 🍄 full recipe below
•to a pan over medium heat add about 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 onion, chopped up and 7 cloves of garlic chopped up and let sauté for about 10 minutes
•to the pan add 4 cups of chopped up mushrooms (you could use any of your favorite kinds. I like to use a mix between baby Bella and shomeji mushroom), 4 tablespoons of tamari & 4 tablespoons white wine and let simmer together for about 10-15 min or until most of the liquid has evaporated
• then to your pan add 3/4 cup veggie broth, 2 tablespoons coconut milk (I used the canned coconut milk and like to use the thick part on top for this recipe), 1/8 cup of nutritional yeast and black pepper and paprika to taste mix together well
•to a bowl add 1 tablespoon corn starch and 1 tablespoon water mix together and add it to the pan mixing everything together
•let simmer for an additional five minutes
•now it’s time to serve over your favorite gluten free pasta!
