• 3-4 cups of chopped omelette veggies
• 1 lbs. of ground beef
• 2 eggs (per day)
• Salt and pepper
SALMON SALAD
• 1 can of salmon (213 g)
• 2 stalks of celery
• 2 baby dill pickles
• 1 tbsp of avocado oil mayo
• Salt
• Cucumber slices and almond flour cracker for dipping
SHEET PAN DINNER
• 2 boneless chicken thighs
• 1/2 sweet potatoes, diced
• Green beans
• Salt, pepper and seasonings
