Dr. Liu is the co-founder of NACPro+, dedicated to optimizing immunity and wellness.
Dr. Liu graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1998 and is Double Boarded in Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine. She is licensed in the state of California.
This channel is separate from Dr. Liu’s duties as Attending Medical Staff @ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and as Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. The views on this channel are her own.

I added 2 Tbsp of chia seeds and 1 Tbsp crushed flax to thicken souffle and sprinkled crushed walnuts on top for a quick breakfast

You are a marvel & so generous to share all this info w/ us. I chat w/ my PCP about nutrition & herbs & she doesn't seem to be as confident in that as pharma.

At our local supermarket, there was a buy two, get three bags of chips free offer. I passed on that and bought two pounds of grapes for $13.00. Isn't it sad that garbage food is more affordable than real food? Thanks for the excellent information. I know where I will continue to put my money.

My husband loves sweets, donuts, muffins, coffee cake. He doesn’t seem to crave sweets through the day. However, he will eat fresh fruit.

I made the tart with the date walnut clove crust. I used lemon instead of lime without the zest. I still miss the sugar, but it's not bad. I love walnuts. I wonder if figs would work instead of dates.

What a wonderful recipe. I am hoping to serve this non heated to my child’s class. Do you think silken tofu would work better for this situation? Can it be stored overnight in the fridge and served as a pudding the next day? Also do you think frozen fruit will work?

12 infertility procedures and hyper stimulation and low calories, and low thyroid, I gained 100 pounds in 15 years. Most is edema. I lose 20 pounds when I go kudzu juice or Atkins (I hate meat). I lose 2 pounds a day with either plain cream cheese or home made humanoid.

I meal prep steel-cut overnight oats with chia seeds, flax seeds, unsweetened yogurt, blueberries, and sweeten with my homemade date paste. I don't have a weight problem or high glucose or cholesterol levels. I'd like your opinion on this breakfast, since, from what I've learned in your videos, it's high in carbs, which may not be good for me.
