I am blessed that you touched my new and favorite program which is Microsoft Access 2021. I have been using Microsoft Access since I bought my first microcomputer in 2002, during the days of Microsoft Windows XP Professional, and Microsoft Office XP Professional. Microsoft Word was my first main program because typewriting has been my best skill, since I was 12 years old. This is my second course. My last course began with Microsoft Word 2021. Deborah Ashby is an excellent instructress. Your channel is a godsend.

I am trying to start this course and can't find the same contacts folder you found in the templates. I have MS 365 Family, which should be the most up to date version. I have done all my updates and have downloaded and deleted and tried again and searched everywhere but no luck. I'm in Canada, is it different where you are? The template I have is Personal Contact Manager but it doesn't have the same files on the left side or the same columns :(
