So, if I get it right, we perfom GVT on the hypertrophy days and 5/3/1 on the strength days??

And based on the new numbers the athlete can move, we recalculate the 1RM so we know which weight to use on each method??

Am I right or completely wrong 😂😂

How are gvt and 5/3/1 combined, are they combined in the same workout or one day just gvt and other day 5/3/1?
