Skip the whole grains if you don’t like em. Look at the relative fiber content and the health benefits are negligible at best. Fruits, veggies and legumes are the best option by far, starches are best for keeping you alive during the winter

Yes this is true, my workout takes me 3 hrs and I’m eating fruit, veggies, and whole grains unprocessed Whole Foods of course. Not killing myself in the gym for bullshit food

I've had a struggle my entire life gaining weight. Therefore I do eat high protein and carbs, but also eat some junk food and one soda a day.
