I watched your program getting stronger muscles again. I'm 93 now. And started with around 86 weaky legs and and muscle cramps in my legs, and Paine in both of my knees. I'm actually in general very healthy my DR. says except for my legs and knees. Now I will try the foods you have said, and I do eat my own cooked meals and Milk in my cereal's, as well Spinach especial but I like it cooked, and I never liked Fish or Green salads, but I did had them sometimes, and I also take my Vitamin Supplements and a banana on my Oaths Porridge every day. So now I'm looking forward to see if there is really much change. I like to Thank you for you're program, it sounded owe-some. Maria Canada.

I a.m 82 yrs old and lm strong with Gods mercy. I do gardening, washing clothes, cook food, sweeping the yard, first when l wake up lread myBible. I pray and drink warrm waterAnd eat quaker oatsthank God im strong. The God who give me strenght l thank Himalways.

Thanks for that great advice for seniors like me . I'm 69 and I can now relate on what you are saying. That I need these three primary foods for my legs. I can remember this, they are body fish like salmon, dairy or yogurt and leafy grains.

I am alreaÿ eating those food everydaÿ and I am verÿ happy to hear the Nutritionists explaining their beneficial outcome.I eat a lit of greensesp.spinach and Kale.I love oily fish with scrambled eggs and fried tomatoes .❤❤❤❤
