1. I love when you do a list of food and debunk some myths about it. ❤😊
2. I will made some chance with the some food you mention (grappes/rice) and the time when i eat it.
3. I don't understand why people wait to have diabetes to make some changes. 😢

Swap rice with bulgar wheat, cook it then retrograde it days in the freezer then have with avocado, proteins and eat a portion of bulgar last. You can go for a quick walk if you want to be extremely sure then you are good with no spike whatsoever. Kait contents on insulin resistance and low carb diet are gold standard.

Hey Kate thanks for putting this out I am a nutritionist too and it pains me to see too many people who aren't aware of these foods the people who already know this are few, surprisingly.

I was wondering how that works to be able to compare your blood sugar to see what kind of a spikkit will be. I’m having a heck of a time. My A1c is 5.6 and I do not wanna become a diabetic and I need to lose about 50 pounds and keep it off so I’ve been watching you and trying different things that you say and it does help thank you very muchand you’re a beautiful woman.

Thanks for the information Kait, I love ACV, it does help dramatically but I don’t know why it causes me breakouts, it’s so sad, I haven’t been able to drink it for a few months

Yikes! This is literally everything I eat on a budget.
Oatmeal, bread, bananas, dates, rice, sweet potatoes. 😬

Do non-diabetic people experience spikes or does their healthy body take care of that on its own?
