Thanks, I really enjoy your videos.

I do a lot of zooming in my videos so doing it on an adjustment layer is way smarter, allowing me to leave the video track untouched - nice!

A really nice collection of tips here - PROPS! 👍💫

Great video, Joris! I'm glad I bumped into your work! I have some learning difficulties and over time, I've noticed that if something is explained visually, I understand the concept and can delve deeper into the subject if it interests me.
I'm an old poop that gave up on Adobe products years ago. Talk about a suite of digital manipulations that needs a fresh piece of paper to rethink their product entirely...
I had never heard of DaVinci and their products before! I ripped out all of Adobe smelling up my hard drive and blindly installed DaVinci's suite. I can "see" this much better than squeezing the life out of my work as I seemed to with Adobe. Now all I have to do is learn it [insert rolling eyes].
I was lucky and got to work with professional video equipment back in the late 1970s. I'm old, but not that old~it was terribly unusual for a high school to access this sort of equipment. I dreamed of making films, but being practical got in the way of my dreams. Now I have more time than money, but I know you can get amazing results with a phone and the right software! Thanks for the teach, Teach! I look forward to learning more and most importantly, not worrying about how much color film and development I am using! My cousin is in the industry and keeps goading me on to film every day and edit every day. At the time I thought he was nuts, but no, he was wise.

Wow joris. Your a life saver. You have given me the answer i been looking for after years. I purchased some heavy titles from motionarray too and the titles would not render as you mentioned in the start. It's been going on for ages. Thanks for the trick I'm gonna give this a shot 😮

Great Video Joris, I use footage from previous videos a lot that I create into broll sequences and often find myself realigning the clips and color grading them again. I always wondered how to switch between projects without closing them. Dynamic Project Switching will be a fantastic time savior!

Any idea how to make the ‘smart reframe’ button visible in case it’s not visible?

This is one fantastic video btw. Thanks!
