I must say it was a great experience. Thank you, that was very useful. one of my favourite tips is to use the "Customise Quick Access Toolbar" at the top of the ribbon, add your most frequently used icons so that you don't need to keep going through the ribbon to find them, you can add via the "more commands" section in the drop down or simply right mouse click and "Add to Quick Access Toolbar". This saves me so many extra clicks in a day :)
