Aotearoa (New Zealand) is a very popular tourist and holiday destination so we want to share our 10 essential tips to know about New Zealand for those planning to visit (eventually when borders open again) or when we have the Trans Tasman Australia and New Zealand bubble.

Hope you enjoy this video 👍 A couple of things to note, New Zealand borders are still closed at the moment of this comment's timestamp due to the global pandemic of course although a trans Tasman bubble between Australia and NZ are in discussions. Currently only residents and citizens can return to NZ and a mandatory 14 day quarantine is required. Hey Peter and Yen!! That was a fun intro!! That's so awesome to know that both north and south islands are very different to see!! It's good to know the differences of clothes to bring to each region based off the time of year. We are typically "off season" travelers. Any intercontinental trip.. we would definitely want to have a good itinerary of things to do and pack according. LOL The Kiwi slang!! Some of them are similar to things Butters has heard in Oz before!! That's good to know there is a good RV/campervan option there. Great to hear New Zealand is so protective of foregin species of germs/dirt/bugs/food coming into the country!! Hotel prices are definitely reasonable, but fuel prices sound pretty high!! Awesome and super useful video guys and beautiful footage as always!! Lots of love and stay safe! <3
