Hi! This is the first meditation of yours that I heard the end...which is a good thing! I got home and had an hour. I chose this meditation and as I have all of them, loved it. Wonderfully relaxing. Meditation saved my life two years ago and since I've found it I try to get at least thirty minutes to an hour in everyday. With two young children and a full time job that's difficult, but the wife has seen how I've improved and encourages it as well. I look forward to adding more of your meditations on to my rotation. There are so many that I'm picky about voice, back ground, length, content, but you've made the cut! Keep up the great work! -Randy from Maine

I did this in the morning at around 7am . It set me up for the day. I was feeling quite flu like but by the end of the practice I felt stronger and calmer in the face of my chesty cough. I loved the cold to hot experience and could profoundly experience both together. I enjoyed the dreamy quality to the sound. I felt steady, solid and deeply grounded by this practice.
