For 1080p 30 FPS with upscaling or 720 30-60 FPS gaming, it can be possible.

I bought a pc for 25$ and it has 16gb ddr3 ram, gt 1030 gddr5, i5 3470 and im rocking with it! cs2 got 90+fps, gtaV and everything

Ok, let me give you guys a tip. If you guys are holding money for a good gaming PC, dont buy GPU's like 1650, 1060 or stuff like this, thinking "i will change them later" cause you will not.

If youre holding money, dont have a computer and wants to have one for games like RIGHT NOW. Buy a GT1030 for like 20 dollars and keep holding your money to buy a good setup. Or you can get a Ryzen 5600g but will be more expansive.

I did bought a gt 1030 + I5 2th computer for $200. So i could play CSGO, Roblox, Overwatch, GTA 5 and well optimized games until i have money to buy a great computer, and 6 months after buying that gt1030 i finally bought a new computer, RTX3060 + R5 5600X, 32gbram and 2TBSSD. So, now i can play almost everything on the higher settings, and it surely worth the money and time spent.

I picked up a gt 1030 about 2 years ago. So far been a great card for the price(about 100$). I've been able to play most modern titles with low setting and 720p-1080p. But it isn't really worth it now. just get an rx 6400, over twice the performance and similar power consumption and price.

it worth buying 1030 ti cheap but i recommend 1650 gtx or 1050 gtx ti for better fps and performance.low budget gaming pc processor amd a10 7700k
