I get my protein from beans. I only do plant proteins generally. Animal proteins bring up issues like cancer, heart problems, cholesterol etc. Pretty Doc Jen might want to balance things up with glycemic index too. Cheers ❤

As I understand it pinto beans by themselves do not have all the amino acids to create protein, however when mixed with rice the amino acids from the rice complete the amino acids required to make protein.

i eat mostly Vegan food, but i like Egg Muffin sandwich with Vegan cheese sometime hot pepper cheese because not many choices in vegan cheese, durning this video i ate Gardein Vegan Fish it have 9g Protein

I love the taste of fish.

The ocean is so overfished though.

And all the mercury contamination in all the fish in the ocean...

I don't trust fish anymore.

Tuna is good. But its a big fish carrying much more mercury. I opt for Sardines.

Eggs are by far my foundation. I prioritize animal proteins. Clean wild caught fish. Liver is a powerhouse and palatable when the butcher grinds it up with ground beef. I am 52. I consume 155 grams per day. I stand 5'5 and weight in at 155 lbs. Get those organ meats in that diet peeps! Powerhouse!!
