Get a firmer booty and tone those triceps and chest muscles in 15 minutes. As always, no jumping or jarring joints. That doesn't mean you won't work up a sweat! If you don't have dumbbells, don't worry, just use a can from the kitchen cupboard, or even your own body weight.
