This was a great one! I really liked the Pike Pushups... Never really done those before. I also realized how critical it is to really become one with kettlebell to ground, during renegade rows. Balancing and really pushing down on the single kettlebell has been key to success for me with the renegades, also I noticed if my stance is to deep, i narrow it a bit so that I don't have poor posture or sloppy technique.
