You need only one Kettlebell for this simple but very effective Upper Body 20 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
Complete following exercises within the minute for 20 minutes in total (rest for remaining time before starting next exercise)
- Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg in this video, makes sure you adjust the weight to your fitness level)
* Warm up for 5-10 minutes before you start this workout
- Workout: 20 Rounds EMOM
1) 14x Gorilla Row (R)
2) 14x Gorilla Row (L)
3) 14x Crush Push Up
4) 14x Halo
*for extra challenge, you can add more rounds (25-30) or reps.
