Did this all on 8kg. I was feeling a burn. Really like the attention to warming up and cooling down. Thankyou. This will be a staple routine for me.

Thanks for this workouts! I always do at least one of your follow along workouts per week, besides my gym workout. The fact that they are follow-along make them easier to keep up with and they feel amazing on the muscle. I will definetely do this one! Biceps and triceps are my favorite muscle groups to train.

Quite new to kettlebell workouts - tried a few videos on youtube to see which one suited me, but this one's my favourite so far. Well explained steps and appreciated the warm ups / downs. I did this with a 20kg. Big thanks for the upload and the help!

I screwed up - I bought a 16kg kettlebell thinking it was 16lbs (senior moment...). Didn't get me very far. I then bought a 6kg...a bit on the light side but then I used it on these exercises. It worked great, no failure but some good burn. Which is good, as I am motivated to continue. Loved the routine - simple, straight forward, no extraneous bits and pieces. I think for building arms (which is just what I wanted) this routine is perfect and at 20 minutes is easy to fit in your day. Many thanks for the video, great job, my friend.

I appreciate the clarity of your workouts but also the fact they always include warm-ups and (okay, pretty minimal…) cool-down segments. That single-arm swing/curl thing feels like it might do bad things to my shoulder mobility but still - another solid Crockfit routine!
