Get a full class experience with this 55 min Pilates reformer workout! Including fun and unique exercises mixed with classic repertoire targeting the full body. Trust me, you’re in for a fantastic workout!

*MODIFICATION: the workout suggests taking your footbar down 2 settings for a portion of the workout, if your footbar does not have this option do the following instead:

-Knee Stretch Series: hands will stay on footbar (bring together to one side than the other)

-Abdominal Jumps: try as is, but rounding back a little further to compensate for the higher bar (option to use a mini ball behind for support) -OR- lie down on your back with an imprinted spine

-Leg Series: lie all the way down using something to prop your head rather than up on your elbow

-Pike to Lunge: turn to face the footbar

This video just showed uo my my feed tonight. I want to do this work this weekend. Love it. Also, I teach reformer classes and see a way to progress the side lying moves now by being up on the elbow with the footrest a little lower. Yay!

Love and so appreciate your videos! Thank you. I took classes for 3 years, which I was so consistent in and really loved it but after moving to another state where there are no reformer studios close by, I tried to do it myself(bad idea😣) then I paid for online subscriptions(just didn’t have what I liked about reformers). After seeing your YouTube, you have helped me to enjoy using my reformer. Your expertise, personality and thorough classes are just what I needed to get out of my slump. Thank you!
