This is an awesome reformer workout. I attended a studio in Argentina 25 years ago and took reformer classes daily, basically doing the workout you so generously shared! Thanks so much! I was doing this at home on my reformer wondering if I was on track. You assured me that I am! 😊❤

Thank you. This was my first reformer routine with you and I really liked it so much! I like not too long videos, this was perfect. I’m glad that I found you and I will be back for more. It was work yet not too hard.great full body movement.

@12:17 I need to try this. I have total gym and pilates attachments which I tried with leg pulley mostly but never with this hand pulley...

Do you advise the color of springs? I notice in beginning you mention 3 but not the colors to advise difficulty - just downloaded to do tomorrow!!
