This is a Pilates Reformer Full body workout. It is under 40 min pilates workout which is great if you are short on time but want to challenge yourself! This is a pilates reformer workout for weight loss, as we challenge ourselves with resistance training, which has been shown to be supportive for weight loss goals. It has many reformer pilates ab exercises, reformer pilates leg exercises, and is a great Pilates reformer workout for core strength. This would be appropriate for a pilates reformer workout for athletes, as it has many strength and stabilizing moves that would benefit sports performance.
