This 40 minute workout uses no props and is focused on abs and legs. Alex will lead you through a fun effective Pilates reformer workout. This workout will sculpt your abs and legs.

Does it matter if I reverse breathing pattern? Exhaling as I lower legs and inhaling to lift feels more natural
