I got light headed, drowsy, heart speeding off, abdomen pain, hot flash, chest pressure/pain, throat and back pressure and aches, stinging in throat and itching soreness, the chills, and going into hyperventilating.

That I get scared and wondered if that was something serious and life threatening.

Omg, the trouble swallowing happened to me once. During PE class, we were playing tag as a warm up, and at some point I was “it”. While running, I was finding it hard to breath normally, which worried me, and then I felt like I couldn’t breathe, making me cry. It was so hard for me to calm down that I was sent to the school psychologist

Feeling unreal is what I’m going through. It’s scary and I’ll hit my arm or pinch my hand to make sure I’m still alive. I think the fact I barely sleep has something to do with it but it feels like a dream, a nightmare at that. 😢

I asked my doctor if I was having trouble breathing so he listened to my lungs said that there’s no wheezing and it sounds clear and strong but I get shortness of breath and heart palpitations

Yeah the exact symptoms that put me in the ED for thinking I'm having multiple heart attacks. But every time, vitals are clean. No sign of heart struggling. But I also may have a bit of nerve damage or pinched nerves in my spin somewhere from the neck to my hip. Because the physical pain I feel is extremely real and causes even more frequent panic.
