Are your Shoulders feeling tight? Here are some simple Shoulder Flexibility Stretches to help relieve shoulder pain and tightness. This is a quick 5 MINUTE follow along stretching video that you can do everyday if this is a problem area for you and a great one to pair with another video from the 5 minute stretch series (linked below).
Each of the stretches can be modified for beginners / intermediate / advanced. Notice if one side feels more tight than the other and breathe slowly as you move between each of the stretches.
This video is part of the 5 MINUTE "Create-Your-Own" Stretch Series where we'll be spending 5 minutes on stretches that target an area of your body that's stiff.
