I think that if we can remove expectations of ourselves and of our music, we can become free to fully express ourselves creatively 🙏

THANK YOU SO MUCH for answering and tackling my situation, Mike. I just finished the 11 days challenge!!! I want to be "cured" ! I just know this is something I've been struggling with all my life, fighting with myself and my thoughts and the world for as long as I can remember. I've had to resort to all sorts of self-manipulative tricks like putting stuff out as a "demo" just to force myself to put stuff out there, but in the end I'm not happy with it. I only have 2 tracks on Spotify and official outlets. I've just got done reorganizing all my projects into your folder structure, and hope to see some progress with your advice to take the decision making outside of the sessions and create to-do lists to stick to while working on them.
