Can confirm this works in 2021, my cpu was at 100% at idle now around 20-40%, and ram was at 3.7gb now at AROUND 2.4GB Usage

I just did this and restarted. PERFECT! I was at 100% usage with nothing going on. Now back to normal. So how does this happen and what causes it?

Do you know how to set a frame rate limit for the CPU?
It's cause I'm playing a 2d browser game, which only takes CPU-not GPU.
And unfortunate I haven't yet found an option to set a customise fps limit into a browser 2d game.

bro my windows 7 my ram is 8gb 4gb 4gb when i open task manager i go to perfomance my memory already use 5.20 gb in graphic, and on phsycal memory i see my total 8gb cache 2200mb availavle 27000 free only 600, how to clean my cached on physcal memory so i can improve my ram perfomance. thanks bro
