A big tip for disabling SYS Main: do not disable it if running windows on ssd or you regularly check for windows update as SYS main helps to improve your windows and if any issue is found the sys main helps to remove the issue in next windows update but if running on hdd please disable it(sys main) as SYS main eat more disk and internet rather than cpu and also if you don't have fast internet or you are on metered network then also disabling it( SYS Main) will help
