I got this issue and I simply restarted my computer and that was the end of it, but it was pretty weird that all of a sudden it was using high RAM everything else was 0%. I didn't do any of the steps in the video but I wanted to come and see if anyone else had this issue as well.

One thing that can work

go to the task manager
end task on explorer
go to the applications tab
click new task
write explorer in the window

by disabling, my pc is Not rebooting any solution?

don't disable the services just look for the one that you may not use and disable it.

oh my god i tried the 2nd method and it worked instantly! THANKS SO MUCHHHH I HAVE BEEN SO FRUSTRATED CUZ MY MEMORY WAS ALWAYS ABOVE 70% AND IT NEVER WENT DOWN AND MY LAPTOP’S FAN WAS LOUD AS HELL and i tried sooo many methods and couldn’t find any method on the internet that helped/worked. But thankfully i found this video and it instantly fixed it woohoooo!!!!
