I wouldn’t put so much emphasis on cadence (especially the number side of it) as people can get really confused or caught up in it if it’s their first time running. Most important thing when just beginning to get into running is to just get out there and start getting in the miles/minutes.

Ye also for a beginner sub 6 pace might not be the best

I did 30 mins yesterday and I'm a fat bastard and this was after doing compound exercises to gain muscle
