Not exact sure what you are recommending but these seem to be great variations -
Bulgarian Split squats
Frog Glute Bridge w/5 sec holds
Rest 10 secs
Romanian Single leg deadlifts
Wall touch squats

I like this! However, I can't use the counter if the 'hold for 5 seconds' instruction is followed. The counter pace is too fast.
