I’ll have to try this out! I feel like I can squat if I’m going slower but when I’m doing something like squat jumps I’m a hiit workout I lose form easily. That’s where I need practice for sure

Toes are supposed to touch the wall . That’s the right way to do it at the wall and it’s ok to if you touch the wall. Really good for a balanced core.
