I lightly krinkle foil so it lets the bacon drip out the grease!
It makes it less greasy

At 400 degrees the silicon in the parchment paper will separate from the paper. I would go with 375.

Shes right. Been doing it this way for years. But. Save the bacon grease. Use it for cooking. I put it on meats and veggies.

I prefer my bacon soft. I've always pan-fried it, but I couldn't achieve my desired softness ! My friend showed me how to bake it in the oven, and I never fried bacon 🥓 again ! 🥰😋😋

Known this way since the 90s. You’re missing the cooling rack set on the parchment so the grease drops below.
