Valid point. The same as in "back day" after you do deadlift you often are too fatigued to do weighted pull-ups. You'd rather start with them to focus on upper back. But sometimes you can start with deadlift in order to make testosterone boost before pull-ups.
Regarding schedule, I'd add these heavy shoulder presses to the leg day on Wednesday. But you know that after you do legs your body is so fatigued that you may not be able to do heavy shoulder press even if shoulders are fresh, because your whole body is not fresh
