Looks good. I'd use brown rice though and have another vegetable in with the broccoli.

For anyone worried about the white rice being high in carbs/sugars you could replace it with Buckwheat that ive recently discovered. Does a similar job to couscous but its not a wheat, but a flower so is gluten free also.
