• 50 grams of red masoor dal(soaked and boiled)
• Water for soaking and boiling
• 1 tablespoon of ghee
• 3-4 cashews (optional)
• Onions, chopped
• Green beans, chopped
• Salt
• Red chili powder
• Cumin powder
• Chili flakes
• Tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
• Half tablespoon of olive oil
• 2-3 garlic cloves
• Sesame seeds (black and white) for garnish
• Red chili powder for garnish

Add rice half quantity of the dal to make this complete protien :)

Dal doesn’t contain all the required amino acid to for a complete protien, rice helps it to form a complete protien ❤
