I love your honesty, despite clearly having a business interest in cosmetic procedures, you lay it all out for us to make an informed decision. Respect!!!

I have watched so many of your videos, and this is probably the most valuable video you have ever done. I am 75 and once I saw this, I realized you answered all my questions. This video was the best “ consult” ever. Thank you so much. Judy

I’ve had under eye filler twice over five years and my eyes look great! But I agree.... don’t overdo....

I went crazy with fillers my late 20’s and I spent my early 30’s dissolving them all- it was a learning experience for sure

I absolutely have no regret at this point fillers have helped me so much so far. I hope I don’t have to dissolve them one day.I agree with your points... good injector good consult... be an informed patient as well. Education is key.

48 year old, had fillers in cheeks, under cheekbones and in lower jaw. It actually doesn't look bad but getting rid of barely noticeable jawls costed me having some additional weight in lower face. I have lumps around my chin which don't look too bad but they add weight to lower face and my chin is kind of "lost" as it was much more prominent before. Now it's more square jaw and I have very mild "pillows" around chin at jawline. Everything comes with a price, and it's not always just money.

I love getting fillers. She’s an expert. I get fillers only once a year and spend under $900. I use the Brillance system. My last points I only paid $250.00

The person who does the filling is the most important aspect . My person is a national trainer. She is amazing . I don’t go to anyone else . Do your research. Don’t shop by price.

boy i sure apprciate all of your videos. i learn so much every time. i have a great doctor that i go too but it took me five yrs and some botched lips and bad fillers to find him. i think everyone needs to watch these videos and educate themselves, so that they go in with realistic expectations. im 56 and am grateful for all the work. ive spent 10, 000 dollars of hard earned money to get where i am and i dont think people realize the commitment of money it takes. i m grateful to be able to listen to all of yur videos and together with my plastic surgeon...we make a plan for the once a year that i go in. the celebrities have endless amounts of money...i do not....at the same time..i would encourage people to try some botox and down the road the fillers. its never too late and totally worth it. i dont ever want to do surgery so i will go as far as i can with the non surgical procedures. botox goes a long way to helping us look refreshed...not overdone. i have had good results with under eye filler as it made my dark circles disapear. i love the instant results of fillers but botox is great too because its gradual change over two weeks or so. do what dr rajani says, interview your doctors and stay away from medical

Will be 49 next year and never had any Botox or filler. I have seen a gal get filler in her 30s and she started looking weird and much older than her age. Her face looked very unbalanced and fake. She was so beautiful and young and I have no idea why she did that to herself.

I love my dermal filler which I get every few years. My plastic surgeon does a great job. I’m in my 50’s but thankfully I have great genes and I take good of my skin and I’m blessed with good bone structure. My doctor doesn’t think I’ll need to go under the knife anytime soon. I also do peels, lasers, facials, radio frequency treatments and good skincare etc.

Such good advice! I’ve never had filled. I’m meeting with practitioners now. I feel much more comfortable asking questions, and asking smart questions, because of your videos and teaching. Thank you so much!

I am happy with the filler I started getting in my low to mid 50’s. I think placement and who does it is very important, I went to a Doctor. Second, having unrealistic expectations will not be good. I also do TCA peels, microneedling and some red light therapy. Getting the scarlet rf done three times this summer and sculptra in the fall. Again, placement is key and injector is too. Expectations need to be realistic.

He’s right, I spent a lot on fillers and they wore off quickly, beg borrow or steel to get a face lift,

Great advice! I been doing fillers and Botox for 3 years now. I’m 54. Going for consultation with plastic surgeon for upper eye lid lift. Sometimes you have to put down the needle and pick up the scalpel

Had fillers in my nasolabial folds- they changed my smile, in my cheeks- they migrated, in my nose- they made it big and bulky and migrated towards my forehead. They overall made me look worst, older and I spent a lot of money. Wish I had done more research and that doctors told me about the risks.

I always loved the results of my filler but after reading about how some people have gone blind, it has scared me away. I used to have it once or twice a year.

The only filler I like, and it's not really a filler, is Sculptra. Sculptra is a collagen stimulator. The little particles that get injected stimulate collagen. When they dissolve you are left with your own collagen.

My under-eye area looked puffy for more than a year because I got filler in my upper cheeks. Funny, as soon as I had it done, I knew I’d made a mistake, and it was so expensive too!
