I've been no contact and every single video I've watched has told me to stay there until she contacts me. However I decided to listen to a woman (you) this time and I sent her exactly what you said. When my ex dumped me i walked around for weeks thinking i had made mistakes and more, was depressed for awhile, but the time i finally felt i could move on then i was told my a mutual friend that she had started dating a new guy same day as she broke my heart.
