My general stance on transition regret is “I don’t think I’ll regret it, and if I do then it’s my mistake to make, not yours.”

They think you'll regret it because they would regret it. Because... well, they're not trans. They can't get out of their own heads and fathom that any life experience might be genuinely different than their own, and not just a "delusion" or "phase". It's literally just the epitome of egocentrism.

One thing that strikes me is that in a lot of pictures pre transition Jamie just looks sad or uncomfortable. Whereas after his transition he looks so happy. Hope all people can get that happiness
