Mike's recent comment about wasting time with alternating arms .
Its not a gotcha comment, i get why he said it. He doesnt want to waste the time but if you got the time and want to be really focused then alternate

Why are his elbows moving so much? I thought you’re supposed to keep them in the same place to your side (genuinely just trying to learn proper form and everyone says something different)

This was the first form demonstration that wasnt for me from these guys, sure it works for some but I prefer keeping the elbows relatively tight, better bicep contraction but to each their own

If it says 24 reps is that 12 each arm or 24 each arm!!?

Horrible form… you’re picking up your arm and your shoulders doing all the work and then when it’s up you contract your bicep which is just going parallel to the ground…
