I love your advise on changing perspective. It makes so much sense hearing someone verbalise it. I guess most fear and need to find courage stems mainly from financial security, and the longer you stay, the harder it is to leave. Taking a leap of faith is often scary but necessary at times ☺️

We should try to change if we are not happy. We prepare the plan to have some safety net and jump for it. I jut left a full time job for a part time job. Much much less money but time to study and sleep :)

Find a company that you can get into with your skills but has other jobs that you want to do. Once you are with your company, it’s easier to promote into positions you like in different areas of the company. Hope that makes sense! Best of luck to you!

Personalmente he trabajado como profesora full time desde muy joven. Ahora estoy a punto de tomar la decisión de retirarme (esto me va a dar un ingreso fijo básico con el que se puede vivir frugalmente).
Para viajar o darme otros gustos estoy pesando alguna alternativa creativa. 🤔
Yo también me he preguntado qué sucedería si no me retirara? Y la respuesta me convence cada vez más a cambiar de camino.
