IT'S also, called the 4th Stage of Yoga, in the Tibetian Rites, they
make you feel younger, and with more energy, and you are released more
for Meditation. I've practiced these rites since 1983 @ a "S, ex &
Energy Course". Have fun doing them. They also, Balance your Chakra's
System.

No music. Yay! All the others I’ve seen on YouTube have music which I find distracting. Your instructions and visuals make this so easy to follow. Thank you. PS I’ve seen other videos that say when doing the 5th rite breathe in on downward dog and exhale when stretching outwards into upward facing dog.

Good, short, no music, no eastern kitsch.

Last one incorrect, it is yoga’s breath in this video, but for 5 rite exhale when head up, inhale to downward dog

Marin, I recently bought the 5 Tibetan Rites book; so watching this video on how to correctly perform those rites was very helpful. Do u have your own YouTube channel or website? Would like to see more yoga videos from u.

When doing the first rite in the southern hemisphere does one have to rotate to the left?

Not one video says if the exhale is from the mouth or nose

I cannot drop my head back like that without neck strain in the 3rd and 4th exercise. My body just doesn't do that. Is it still effective to keep it straight?

Hello, so during step 2. If you are inhaling during the crunching stage, how does the effect the diaphragm? When inhaling the diaphragm pulls down so in most crunching exercises you would be breathing out to allow the diaphragm space to come back up

Hi, I’m Mayte from Spain. I saw this video and I loved It, but when I started to do it I’ve began to have a pain in my arm, over my elbow only when I do the fourth exercise. Can I keep doing it? Excuse my English.

What are the benefits of these exercises? Other than them being 'Tibetan' and therefore rather on-trend and mystical. Presumably exercise 2 is for abs, 3 is a spine-opener (you could do the cat-cow in yoga instead), 4 looks like an extension of this which includes lower back, hips, legs and arms. Then we have 5, which resembles a downward dog, sun salutation or vinyasa flow sequence. I do wonder why we might consider these over traditional yoga, or indeed the 8 Brocades (which I prefer).

thank you for super video. It is short, perfect quality and nice explanation. ❤
Just what I found, probably at last tibetan should be inhale in position of “roof”. (Buttocks upside). I have studied from other videos.

Great, however in yoga you need to ONLY BREATH IN AND OUT THROUGH YOUR NOSE!
