I have been doing the five rites intermittently for about a month, always trying to creak out 21 repetitions under the watchful eye of my grandson, and I feel much better despite the aches and pains of old age. I am 98.

Hi, I am also born in 1969, and did the 5 tibetan rites when I was pregnant with my second child when I was 38, for a year. I am now 54 and showing signs of aging - weak joints, weak core, overweight. I know the 5 tibetans rites are healing. I did them again this morning. I really like your plan for handling injuries of going back to 3 reps. This gentleness is what I need right now to do the rites and build up slowly. I know I will regain my full health. Thank you for the video, it is a great gift. Happy and healthy 2024 to you.

Thank you. Ever since I decided to grow out my grey hair I have been hyper aware of my age. It was never an issue for me before. But FYI 51 is hardly old. It’s the oldest of the young and the youngest of the old.

On 18.08.23 I started to exercise (9 repetitions/each) and after a month my gout was cured, I gave up the pills.

Thanks Tim. My 86 year old friend did the Tibetan Rites for about 30 years. She always spoke incredibly highly of them. I never tried them til I saw you doing them. I’ve started but not perfectly consistent but it is always a choice when I don’t do them. I’m going to make a commitment to do them every day .. starting as a beginner. I like how you addressed the way you built up to 21 reps and that it took a long time. You didn’t give up bravo.
This is a great formula. The Wim Hoff method and the 5 rites. I am trying to get back on board with daily practice.

I’m a 71 year old female. I bought a small book of the five rites in London 50 years ago. It sat on my shelf. At this age I’m motivated to stay healthy and the five rites have resurfaced in my life. Thank you so much for the video of your experience. I wasn’t sure if it was enough exercise at my age as a daily routine. Do I need more muscle or strength building?That is a question. Thanks again!! I love your work.

thanks for your story! I just found out about the Tibetan Rites so I will dive into this practice as I always strive to be my best and healthier version of myself. I love that you talk about being a young dad ! I am 43 and love chasing my daughters around the palyground. Other parents look at me funny but I choose to show up as a fun and playful, strong and energetic mother and one day a bad-ass grandma. We only have one life, let's live it with intention, passion and joy. Blessings to you and your family!

It works like magic but yes I dont do it all the time like I should but when I need to be at my best, I know exactly what I need to do. Thanks for the reminder, I need to get back on the horse.

P.s. first time I did it was 2014 and I was sick. And by sick, I mean I came in contact with a harmful substance in the military. Pretty much nerve damage, failing organs, the worst. So if you think your too sick for this, your not.

I re-learnd the rites recently again, now I am 58.
I felt in this short time of practicing different positive changings, but mostley, that my sight becomes better & more completely - regards from Austria - all the best to you and your family!
