As you have said, everything is connected.. I tore my right rotator cuff maany years ago....and even now i experience pain nearby that I attribute to it. Thanks for this video. It really hits the spot!!!

These exercises to help ease a sore neck and shoulders are so good for me. I edit our church magazine and being at my laptop when Im concentrating plays havoc with my neck and shoulders which of course starts off a headache and I'm really struggling. These exercises though, that I only found the other day, help so much to bring relief to my neck and shoulders which means of course that I don't get a headache. It does make life so much easier Thanks Cindy

This exercise is so good when I've been, as you say hunched over my laptop. I was about to do a weight one but my neck and shoulders were so sore I thought this one first as it does help so much. I'll do the weights now ready for the, Thanks Cindy

Great exercises for my post rotator cuff surgery adhesive capsulitis. Releasing scar tissue in a non painful way is so important, to regain ROM. Thank you, Cindy!

Interesting how you find out where your pain is by doing these. For me, with OA in my right shoulder, it's the mid-range lifts and the one involving putting my arm behind my back. These exercises are very helpful!

Thanks CIndy! It helped my right shoulder joint and i was able to move it more with decreased pain.
